Prerequisites

You must be the Zoho CRM's super admin.
Zoho CRM Enterprise edition or higher is required.

How to install the Extension

Steps to Installing the Extension:
Launch Zoho CRM. Visit the marketplace.

Click the install button after searching for the extension.

 

 

 

 

 

Create OAuth Authorization

  • To begin, you need a CRM account.
  • To authorize the account click on the authorize button.

  • Select the connector to authorize.

 

  • Click Authorize and select any of the options shown in the image below. Only the authorization will take place if you have developer access.

 


 

 

 

A pop-up indicating that the extension was successfully installed shows in CRM on the right bottom of the screen after installation.

Bill No

It shows the Bill Number

Bill Amount

It shows the Amount of the Bill

Payment Status

This field will represent the Payment status whether it is partially paid, fully paid, it is in overdue, its in open or it could in draft

Vendor Credits Applied

it will show the Vendor credits of the Amount

Amount Paid

This field will show the amount paid by the vendor

Balance Amount

This field will show the Balance Amount of the vendor




How to integrate the Zoho Finance Suite with Zoho CRM

To integrate the Zoho Finance Suite with Zoho CRM;

Go to setup in Zoho CRM, then Marketplace, then Zoho, and then open the Zoho Finance Suite by clicking on the setup button.






Choose the organization with which the Zoho CRM must integrate and click next.



Allow Zoho CRM to include all finance modules.



 Using Zoho Books, map all fields.



Open Zoho Books open settings and go to integrations go to Zoho Apps and connect to the Zoho CRM.

 
To integrate the Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, you must map all of the Zoho Books fields.

How to Add Bills from Zoho Books to the Zoho CRM Vendors List

 To begin, you must integrate the Zoho CRM with Zoho Books and sync the modules.

If you have bills in Zoho Books that are related to respected vendors in Zoho CRM, only the bills will appear in the related list of the record.
