Prerequisites
- You must be the Zoho CRM's super admin.
- Zoho CRM Professional Edition or higher is required.

- Video verification can be initiated either automatically or manually, and you will receive an email notification for both methods to begin the verification process.
- The verification process can be carried out within both the Leads and Contacts modules.

Installation Procedure for "Video Verification for Zoho CRM"
1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All.
All the installed extensions are listed. under All Extensions, you can view all the extensions supported by your CRM.
2. Click All Extensions, browse for, and click "Video Verification for Zoho CRM."
Details about the extensions will be available.
3. Click "Start a free trial" and "Buy Now."
If you choose "Start a free trial", you'll get a trial period for an extension of 10 days. After the trial period expires, you have to purchase the extension, or else you can purchase the extension directly by choosing "Buy Now."
4. Agree to the Terms of Service and click Install.
1. Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:
- Install for admins only - The extension will only be installed in CRM for Users with the administrator profile.
- Install for all users - The extension will be installed in CRM for all users.
- Choose Profiles - The extension will be installed in CRM for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles.
The extension will be installed automatically for specified users.
There are two options to purchase the extension, you can purchase "Monthly" or "Annually" based on your needs.
Setting up OAuth authorization
To begin, you need a CRM account.
To authorize the account press the authorize button.
Select the connector to authorize.
A pop-up will show up on the screen during extension installation. The "Auto Video Verification" option sends the Email templates automatically in both the Leads and Contacts modules after creating the record.
After installing the extension, you'll receive a pop-up at the bottom right of the screen as shown below.

Video Token: The token for this field is generated for the video.
Video URL Status: This field shows the status of the URL of the Video whether "Sent", "Not Sent", "Open", or "Generated."
Face Recognition Status: This field displays the face recognition status as either "match" or "Didn't Match."
Video Match Percentage: This field displays the percentage of video matching with the submitted proof.
Lead: This field signifies the record lookup within the Leads module.
Contact: This field signifies the record lookup within the Contacts module.
Video Verification URL: This field corresponds to the Verification URL of the video after it has been submitted by either a Lead or Contact.
Customer Email: This field corresponds to the email of the Lead or Contact.

Leads Module
Automatic Verification Process:
If the "Auto Update Video Verification" checkbox was activated during installation, the Video Verification URL will be sent once the Lead is created with the Customer email in the email field and the Identification Proof in the Lead Identification Proof field is updated. After the Lead is saved a "Video Token" will be generated.
The Lead will then receive an email, which may land either in the "Inbox" or "Spam" folder. This process occurs automatically without requiring any button clicks.
However, if the checkbox is not enabled, you will need to manually send the Video Verification URL by clicking a button.
When you click the "Start Video Verification" button, the Lead will initiate the video verification process. This process is conducted using the submitted Lead identification proof.
Subsequently, once the video and identification proof have been submitted, they will impact the accuracy of the Lead and trigger updates to the corresponding fields. You can review the outcome in the "Video Verification" related list within the Leads module.
You can access the comprehensive view within the "Video Verification Data" module of the record. In this view, you can review the following details: "Video Token," "Video URL Status," "Face Recognition Status," "Video Match Percentage," "Lead," "Video Verification URL," and "Customer Email."
Manual Verification Process:
In this approach, you should utilize the button located in the Leads Module to send the Video Verification via email. When you update the fields of Email field with Customer email and upload an identification proof in the Lead Identification proof, save the record, and click the "Send Video Verify Link" button, a widget will appear displaying the "Email," "Video URL Link," and "API Quota" options. You can then proceed to click the "Send" button to dispatch the email to the Lead. If you choose not to send the email, simply click "Close."

In this view, you can review the following details: "Video Token," "Video URL Status," "Face Recognition Status," "Video Match Percentage," "Lead," "Contact," "Video Verification URL," and "Customer Email."
You have the option to review the Video Face Match images and videos within the "Attachments" related list. Additionally, you can track the status of the email, which may include "Sent," "Delivered," "Opened," and "Clicked," within the "Emails" related list.
