How to install the "UPS Address Verifier for Zoho CRM"

1. Go to Setup > Marketplace  > All.
      All the installed extensions are listed here. Under All extensions, you can view all the extensions supported by your CRM.
2. Click All Extensions, browse for, and click "UPS Address Verifier for Zoho CRM."
     Details about the extension will be available.
3. Click "Start a free trial" and "Buy Now."
    If you choose "Start a Free Trial," you'll get a trial period for an extension of 10 days. After the trial period expires, you have to purchase the extension, or else you can purchase the extension directly by choosing "Buy Now."
4. Agree to the Terms of Service and click "Install."



1. Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:
  1. Install for admins only - The extension will only be installed in CRM for users with the administrator profile.
  2. Install for all users - The extension will be installed in CRM for all users.
  3. Choose Profiles - The extension will be installed in CRM for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles.
        The extension will be installed automatically for specific users.



There are two options to purchase the extension, you can purchase "Monthly" or "Annually" based on your needs.



To generate the "Client ID and Client Secret," log in to developer.ups.com with your "username or email address and password," click on "My Apps," and add an app if you don't have any. After creating an app you will have the "Client ID and Client Secret."

A widget will show up on the screen during extension installation. You have to provide "UPS Client ID" and "UPS Client Secret" and submit it to authenticate.

How to validate the address in Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Vendors, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Quotes modules

Leads Module

With Button

To use the UPS Address Verifier in the Leads module, follow these steps:

  1. Either open an existing record or create a new one.
  2. Fill in the required fields, including the address information, and save the record.
  3. Click on the "UPS Address Verifier" button in the Leads module.
  4. A widget will appear, where you can validate the address information provided in the record.
  5. Click the "Validate Address" button in the widget to perform the validation.
  6. After validation, click on the "Update Address" option to save the validated address in the record.













Contacts Module

With Button

To use the UPS Address Verifier in the Contacts module, follow these steps:

  1. Open an existing record or create a new one.
  2. Fill in the required fields, including the address details for both the Mailing Address and Other Address, and save the record.
  3. Click the "UPS Address Verifier" button in the Contacts module.
  4. A widget will appear, allowing you to validate the Mailing Address and Other Address separately.
  5. Click the "Validate Address" button in the widget for each address to perform the validation.
  6. Once validated, click the "Update Address" option to save the validated addresses in the record.






















Accounts Module

With Button

To use the UPS Address Verifier in the Accounts module, follow these steps:

  1. Open an existing record or create a new one.
  2. Fill in the required fields, including the address details for both the Billing Address and Shipping Address, and save the record.
  3. Click the "UPS Address Verifier" button in the Accounts module.
  4. A widget will appear, allowing you to validate the Billing Address and Shipping Address separately.
  5. Click the "Validate Address" button in the widget for each address to perform the validation.
  6. Once validated, click the "Update Address" option to save the validated addresses in the record.



















Vendors Module

To use the UPS Address Verifier in the Vendors module, follow these steps:

  1. Either open an existing record or create a new one.
  2. Fill in the required fields, including the address information, and save the record.
  3. Click on the "UPS Address Verifier" button in the Vendors module.
