Prerequisites
- You must be the Bigin's Super Admin
- Bigin Premier Edition or higher is required

How to install "Twilio Phone Number Verification for Bigin"
To install the "Twilio Phone Verification"
1. Go to Toppings > Marketplace > All Toppings.
All the installed toppings are listed. Under Installed, you can view all the toppings supported by your Bigin.
2. Click All Toppings, browse for, and click "Twilio Phone Number Verification for Bigin."
Details about the toppings will be available.
3. Agree to the Terms of Service and click Install.
1. Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:
- Install for admins only - The topping will only be installed in Bigin for Users with the administrator profile.
- Install for all users - The topping will be installed in Bigin for all users.
- Choose Profiles - The topping will be installed in Bigin for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles.
The topping will be installed automatically for specified users.
While installing the topping, there is a pop-up that will appear on the screen. In that window, insert the Twilio Account SID and Twilio Auth Token, enable the checkbox for auto validation and the default country code, then save it.
How to find the Twilio Account SID and Auth Token
Sign up with Twilio if you haven't already; otherwise, log in to your account. Go to the console and you'll find the Account SID and Auth Token.
Setting up OAuth Authorization
- To authorize, click on the "Authorize" button.
- Click on "Connect" to access the Zoho services.
- Choose the service you want to install and submit it.
- Click on the "Accept" button to allow DRE IDC to access data in your Zoho account.
- Then the connector will connected.

First, create a new contact, then enter the required fields, including the phone/mobile numbers, and save it. If the "Auto Verify" checkbox was enabled during installation, the validation will take place automatically without a need for a button; otherwise, you must manually complete the validation by clicking the button. After saving the contact, refresh the page. The fields "Phone Status," "Phone Reason," "Mobile Status," and "Mobile Reason" will then be updated based on your selection.
The button in the Contacts Module allows you to validate phone and mobile numbers. Clicking the "Phone and Mobile Verification" button triggers a pop-up message confirming that the verification was completed successfully. Once the process is finished, the fields "Phone Status," "Phone Reason," "Mobile Status," and "Mobile Reason" in the record are automatically updated.
