Prerequisites

  1. Must be the Zoho CRM's Super Admin.
  2. Zoho CRM Enterprise edition or higher is required.
  3. You must have a Shopify account or create an account.

Key Features of Shopify Sync for Zoho CRM

  1. The integration enables real-time synchronization of orders placed on your Shopify store with Zoho CRM. This means that every time a customer places an order on your Shopify store.
  2. The order details are instantly updated in Zoho CRM, providing you with up-to-date information on sales and customer interactions.
  3. This ensures seamless integration of customer data between the two platforms. It automatically imports customer information from Shopify into Zoho CRM, creating or updating customer records as needed.
  4. This integration enables a unified view of customer data, including order history, contact details, and other relevant information, empowering you to provide personalized customer experiences.
  5. The integration also synchronizes your Shopify product catalog with Zoho CRM. This means that all your product information, including prices, and descriptions, is seamlessly imported into Zoho CRM.
  6. The product catalog sync feature enables your sales and support teams to access and share accurate product information with customers, leading to improved sales processes and customer satisfaction.

How to install Shopify Sync for Zoho CRM

To install the Shopify Sync Extension

    1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All.
        All the installed extensions are listed. under All Extensions, you can view all the extensions supported by your CRM.
    2. Click All Extensions,  browse for, and click "Shopify Sync for Zoho CRM."
        Details about the extensions will be available.
    3. Click "Start free trial" and "Buy Now."
        If you choose "Start free trial", you'll get a trial period of extension for 10 days. After the trial period expires, you have to purchase the extension, or else you can purchase the extension directly by choosing "Buy Now."
    4. Agree to the Terms of Service and click Install.



  1. Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:
  1. Install for admins only - The extension will only be installed in CRM for Users with the administrator profile.
  2. Install for all Users - The extension will be installed in CRM for all users.
  3. Choose Profiles - The extension will be installed in CRM for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, then select the desired profiles. 
               The extension will be installed automatically for specified users.



There are two options to purchase the extension, you can purchase Monthly or Annually based on your needs.



After installing the extension you'll the pop-up at the right bottom of the screen shown below.



New fields have been added to the Sales Orders Module

Shopify Financial Status: This field will represent the payment status of the order.
Shopify Gateway: This field will represent from which gateway the customer has done the payment.



How to sync the orders from Shopify to Zoho CRM

After installing the extension a setting widget will open automatically. Then you have to sync Shopify with the Zoho CRM by using Store Base URL and Shopify Access Token, which is given by Shopify while creating a Shopify account. The status will update after giving Store Base URL and Shopify Access Token.



To sync Shopify with Zoho CRM you have to map a few fields in the below setting widget. Before that, you have to mark the checkboxes of the following options.

Sync Existing Orders from Shopify: If you select the checkbox the existing orders which are there in Shopify will sync in the Zoho CRM.
Add Tag: If you select the checkbox the tags will be added to Contacts, Accounts, Products, and Sales Orders which are added from the Shopify store.
Select "Contacts", "Accounts", or "Both" to sync the customer details from Shopify to Zoho CRM and then map the fields that the details have to sync into Zoho CRM.



After enabling the "Field Mapping" switch you have to map the fields you wish to sync with the Zoho CRM. Here you can map "Contacts", "Accounts", "Products", and "Sales Orders."

The left-side options are from the Shopify store based on that you have to map the Zoho CRM fields.














After the setup all fields you will get the pop-up as the fields were successfully mapped.



After mapping the fields you can check whether the synchronization has happened or not by observing the status is "Activated"



You can observe all the "Contacts", "Accounts", "Products", and "Sales Orders" in the Zoho CRM which are synced from the Shopify store.
