Secure Your Content:

Click the Gear icon > Marketplace > All options.
Search for Sales Content for Zoho CRM.
Check the check boxes for Terms & Conditions. Hit Continue.
Based on the requirement choose User/Profiles and hit Confirm.
Install for admins only - The topping will only be installed in CRM for Users with the administrator profile.
Install for all users - The topping will be installed in CRM for all users.
Choose Profiles - The topping will be installed in CRM for manually chosen users.
To authorize, click on the "Authorize" button.
Click on "Connect" to access the Zoho services.
Choose the service you want to install and submit it.
Click on the "Accept" button to allow DRE IDC to access data in your Zoho account.
Then the connector will connect.
Select the CRM organization to connect with the sales content.
Click on Accept, as SalesConnect will access data in your Zoho account.
After clicking Finish, your SalesConnect installation process will be successfully completed, and you can begin using its features immediately.
It will redirect you to the extension. Click on the dropdown and choose your folder.
Once you click Save, the configuration will be successfully completed.
Search for the document, check the checkbox, and click Attach to Mail.
Add the sender and message, then click Send Mail.
A success message will appear once the email is sent.
Without granting access to Zoho WorkDrive, you can manage and share content efficiently using the Sales Content module.
Add the product name, data center, file URL, category, and type for easy access and categorization.
Go to the lead record, select the lead, click the BTN dropdown, and choose Send to Customer.
Click on Zoho Presentation, then select Attach to Mail to include it in your email.
Add the sender and message, then click Send Mail.
A success message will appear once the email is sent.
