Prerequisites

You must be the Zoho CRM's super admin.

Zoho CRM Enterprise edition or higher is required.

 

 Key Features

  • You can get the Probable Duplicates of Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Vendors in the Related list.

  • During installation, you can select the modules Contacts, Accounts, and Vendors to show the Probable duplicate records

  • You can click on the name in the related list to see the related record.

  • You can check all the records with similar Email, phone, and Company domains.

 

 

 How to install the Extension

Steps to Installing the Extension:

  1. Launch Zoho CRM.

  2. Visit the marketplace.

  3. Search Probable Duplicate Related List.

  4. Click the install button.

 

 

Create OAuth authorization

  • To begin, you need a CRM account.

  • To authorize the account press the authorize button.

  • Go to the extension setting and create the OAuth again.

 

 

 

  • Click Authorize and select any of the options shown in the image below. Only the authorization will take place if you have developer access.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please select the check boxes for duplicate related lists in modules before installing the extension. You can choose which modules appear in the related list in the lead record.

 

 

A pop-up indicating that the extension was successfully installed shows in CRM on the right bottom of the screen after installation.

1. The leads can get based on two conditions

  • The Lead will search through the Company name and Email Domain.

  • The Lead will search through Email or Phone numbers. 

2. The Contact will search through the Lead Email or Phone numbers.

3. The Account will search through the Company name or Phone numbers.

4. The Vendor will search through Lead Email or Phone numbers.
