Prerequisites
- You must be Zoho Bigin's Super Admin
- Zoho Bigin Premier Edition or Higher is required
- You must have Zoho Projects with Enterprise Edition

How to install "Pipelines to Projects Mapping for Bigin"
To install the "Pipelines to Projects Mapping"
1. Go to Toppings > Marketplace > All Toppings
All the installed Toppings are listed. Under Installed, you can view all the toppings supported by your bigin.
2. Click All Toppings, browse for, and click "Pipelines to Projects Mapping for Bigin."
Details about the toppings will be available.
3. Agree to the Terms of Service and click Install.
1. Choose one of the following, then click confirm:
- Install for admins only - The topping will only be installed in Bigi for users with the administrator profile.
- Install for all users - The topping will be installed in Bigin for all users.
- Choose Profiles - The topping will be installed in Bigin for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles.
The topping will be installed automatically for specified users.
Setting up OAuth Authorization
- To authorize click on the "Authorize" button
- Click on "Connect" to access the Zoho Services
- Choose the service you want to install and submit
- Click on the "Accept" button you allow DRE IDC to access data in your Zoho account.
- Then the connector will connected
In the pipelines module, we have created a new button "Create Project." After clicking the button the project will be created.
How to map the Zoho Projects from the Pipelines Module
After installing the extension, click the "Settings" button. This will open the settings widget, where you need to choose the Pipeline stage and Portal and map the Pipeline fields to Projects. Select the Pipeline stage and Portal, then map the remaining fields to Zoho Projects. After mapping the Pipeline fields with the Zoho Projects click on the "Save" button. After saving, you'll get a pop-up as "Configuration Saved Successfully"
After setting up, create a new Pipeline or use an existing one and fill in all the mapped fields. Based on your selected Pipeline stage, click the "Create Project" button.
After clicking the "Create Project" button, a pop-up will appear as shown below.
By clicking the "Create Project" the project will be created in the Zoho Projects.
