  1. You must be the Zoho CRM's Super Admin.
  2. Zoho CRM Enterprise Edition or Higher required.

Key Features of "Phone Number Analytics"

  1. Instantly retrieve analytics for Phone Number, Carrier Details, Validity Status, and Etc.
  2. Verify the authenticity of phone numbers in real-time to ensure accurate customer and lead data.
  3. Integrated directly within the Zoho CRM, providing analytics within the Leads.
  4. Validate and analyze phone numbers by saving time and effort for your team.
  5. The analyzed data cand be attached to the attachments related list or stored in the Notes related list.

How to install the "Phone Number Analytics for Zoho CRM"

1. 1. Go to Setup > Marketplace  > All.
      All the installed extensions are listed here. Under All extensions, you can view all the extensions supported by your CRM.
2. Click All Extensions, browse  for, and click "Phone Number Analytics for Zoho CRM."
     Details about the extension will be available.
3. Click "Start a free trial" and "Buy Now".
    If you choose "Start a Free Trial" you'll get a trial period for an extension of 10 days. After the trial period expires, you have to purchase the extension, or else you can purchase the extension directly by choosing "Buy Now."
4. Agree to the Terms of Service and click "Install."



1. Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:
  1. Install for admins only - The extension will only be installed in CRM for users with the administrator profile.
  2. Install for all users - The extension will be installed in CRM for all users.
  3. Choose Profiles - The extension will be installed in CRM for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles.
        The extension will be installed automatically for specific users.




A pop-up will show up on the screen during extension installation. You have to set "Default Country Code" to get the number analytics and save it.

How to analyze the Phone Number in the Leads Module with Button

To create a record, enter the phone number in the "Phone" field, complete the required fields, and save the record. Next, click the "Phone Number Analytics" button in the Leads Module. The phone number analytics will be displayed based on the country code configured during installation. 

You can save the analytics as a note by clicking "Add to Notes," which will be added to the record and visible in the related list. Alternatively, you can attach the analytics as a file by clicking "Add to Attachments," which will also appear in the related list. Additionally, you can monitor the API quota usage directly within the widget.

















If you click "Add to Notes," the file will be added to the "Notes" related list.






If you click "Add to Attachments," the file will be added to the "Attachments" related list.
