You must be the Zoho CRM's super admin.
Zoho CRM Enterprise edition or higher is required.
API credits will be charged separately for each phone status field, a mobile status field, and an email status field. The API count will be reset at the end of the month and will not carry over to the following month.
The email ID can be easily verified.
The phone number can be easily validated.
Following Phone and Email validation, CRM sends a signal.
When installing the extension, you have the choice of processing the mail validation automatically or using a button; otherwise, you must process the number and mail validation manually each time.
The extension is based on ZOHO CRM's standard modules, namely "Leads" and "Contacts."
While installing the extension, specify a default country code.
Validate up to 1000 phone numbers and 1000 emails per month.
Validate up to 50 phone numbers and 50 emails for the trial version.

Examining individual numbers and mail validations.
Launch Zoho CRM. Visit the marketplace.
Click the install button after searching for " Phone and Email Validation."
A pop-up will show up on the screen during extension installation. The "Auto Validation" option must be selected by typing "Y" or "N" and to validate the number easily, select the default country code.
Auto Validation: Using this option, you can validate numbers and email automatically without having to interact with any module buttons.
A pop-up indicating that the extension was successfully installed shows in CRM on the right bottom of the screen after installation.

Phone/Mobile Validation: This button validates both the phone number and the mobile number.
Email Validation: This button is used to validate the emails.
The button will manually check phone/mobile number and email to see if it was sent separately. There are two ways it can operate. When you install using the option "Y" validation is automated; at that point, the button will also function. If you didn't select automatic validation, validation is done manually.
If the "Auto Validation" option was activated during installation, the verification will take place automatically without the need for a button; otherwise, you must manually complete the validation by clicking the button. A button for verifying the phone number and email address is included in the verification process.
If you want to verify existing leads and contacts, you must update those records and choose which records to update. The records will then be updated using automation.
