Prerequisites

  1. You must be the Zoho CRM's super admin.
  2. Zoho CRM Enterprise edition or higher is required.

Key Features

  1. Easily validate and retrieve the PAN.
  2. You can validate or retrieve the PAN either automatically or manually.
  3. It eliminates fake and duplicate identities.
  4. Validate up to 1000 validations per month and 20 validations for a trial version.

How to install PAN Details Retrieval 

Steps involved to install "PAN Details Retrieval":
Open Zoho CRM, Go to the marketplace.
Search for the "PAN Details Retrieval for Zoho CRM" keyword and click the install button or if you want to try it go with the free trial version which is valid for up to 10 days.


Accept the Terms and Conditions
Select one of the three alternatives based on your needs
You can now select the plan that's right for you or install a free trial
While installing the extension there is a pop-up will appear on the screen. In that window, you have to choose whether the PAN details will validate automatically or not. If you choose "Y" the PAN details will validate automatically or if you choose "N" the PAN details will not validate automatically

To validate the PAN Details automatically, choose "Y" or choose "N" to not validate automatically

As the extension is installed, a pop-up will appear on the right bottom of the screen

New fields have been added to the Leads and Contacts Modules

PAN Number: This field represents the number on the PAN card.
PAN Status: This field represents the verification status of the PAN and it shows either "Valid " or "Invalid".
PAN Details: This field represents more details of the PAN like, "Name of the PAN holder", Father Name of the PAN holder", etc.

How to Verify the PAN Details Retrieval

After installing the extension you will get the new fields that were added to your Leads and Contacts module, which are mentioned above.

So here, you can only verify the individual PAN card details. Here we are providing two types of validations which are done automatically or manually.
Automatic Validation: At the time of installation you'll get a pop-up that asks to validate automatically or not. If you choose "Y" the validation will be done automatically.

Manual Validation: At the time of installation you'll get a pop-up that asks to validate automatically or not. If you choose "N" the validation will be done manually. 
After pressing the button you'll get a pop-up on the screen, it represents whether the given PAN details are Valid or Invalid
