Prerequisites
- You must be Zoho CRM's Super Admin.
- Zoho CRM Enterprise Edition or Higher is required.
- You should have a Microsoft Account.
Key Features of "OneDrive Sync"

How to install "OneDrive Sync for Zoho CRM"
1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All.
All the installed extensions are listed. under All extensions, you can view all the extensions supported by your CRM.
2. Click All Extensions, browse for, and click "OneDrive Sync for Zoho CRM."
Details about the extension will be available.
3. Click "Start a free trial" and "Buy Now."
If you choose "Start a free trial", you'll get a trial period for an extension of 10 days. After the trial period expires, you have to purchase the extension, or else you can purchase the extension directly by choosing "Buy Now."
4. Agree to the Terms of Service and click "Install."
1. Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:
- Install for admins only - The extension will only be installed in CRM for users with the administrator profile.
- Install for Users only - The extension will be installed in CRM for all users.
- Choose Profiles - The extension will be installed in CRM for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles.
The extension will be installed automatically for specified users.
There are two options to purchase the extension, you can purchase "Monthly" or "Annually" based on your needs.
Setting up OAuth Authorization with Microsoft 365
- To begin, you need a Microsoft 365 account.
- To authorize the account press the authorize button.
- Enter the Microsoft 365 account 'Username' and 'Password.'
- Then you can access to Zoho CRM data.
Leads Module
You can access the OneDrive integration as a related list within the Leads module.
You can access the OneDrive integration as a related list within the Contacts module.
Accounts Module
You can access the OneDrive integration as a related list within the Accounts module.
Deals Module
You can access the OneDrive integration as a related list within the Deals module.
Vendors Module
You can access the OneDrive integration as a related list within the Vendors module.
How to sync the files from Zoho CRM to OneDrive and ViceVersa
Upon installing the "OneDrive Sync for Zoho CRM" extension, it's necessary to link your Microsoft 365 account with Zoho CRM. This connection is essential for accessing files in both OneDrive and Zoho CRM.
Following the integration, the OneDrive Sync for Zoho CRM extension will display the accessible sites in the settings widget. You'll have the option to select the site where files or documents will be stored. By default, upon mapping the chosen sites in OneDrive, a folder named "Zoho CRM" will be created. You can customize module mapping as needed. To store documents or files, select a specific field, and they will be stored accordingly. You have the flexibility to map modules such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, and Vendors based on your preferences.
Based on your requirements the modules and paths were mapped accordingly.
Leads Module
To upload documents or files, go to the Leads module. On the left side of the screen, you'll find the "OneDrive Files" related list. Click on this related list to access the component. Within this component, you can view the OneDrive File Path, allowing you to see where the documents or files will be stored. You can attach multiple files simultaneously. You'll also see details such as "File Name," "File Type," "Modified By," "Created On," "Modified On," "Size" of the document or file and "Info". Adding or deleting documents/files can be done from either Zoho CRM or OneDrive.
