You must either already have an Neverbounce account or create one.

Storing the API calls for individuals and batches in a custom module named as "Neverbounce Log".
There is an option while installing the extension if you processed that mail validation will automatically be processed or you can use a button as well, if not only the button will work that you've to do manually every time.
Open Zoho CRM go to the marketplace
Search the "Neverbounce" keyword and click the install button.
While installing the extension there is a pop-up will appear on the screen. In that window you have to paste the API Key which is given by "Neverbounce" and type "Y" or "N" in the "Neverbounce Email Auto Validation" option.
Neverbounce Email Auto Validation: This option will help you to validate the Email automatically without pressing any button in the modules.
You can find the API key in Neverbounce Account under "Apps" then click on "Custom Integration" and then click on "Your API Key" the API key will appear.
After installing the extension there is a pop-up appears the right bottom of the screen in CRM as extension installed successfully.
Email Status - This field updates the status of whether the Email is existing or not.
Email Result - This field updates the status of whether the Email is valid or not.
The button will verify the emails by manually whether they are individual or batch.
It will work in both ways. When you choose option "Y" while installing then it is automatic validation, on that time also the button will work and another is manually when you didn't choose the Auto validation.
Individual Verification:
In Individual verification there is a button to validate the email. If you enabled the "Email Auto Validation" option while installation, then the verification will happen automatically without using the button, if not you've to do the validation manually by clicking the button.

Batch Verification:
This is how batch verification will be done,
The verifications will be done in "Batch Verification" is "With Scheduler".
The batch verification will be done only with button, there is no automation for this type of validation
With Scheduler:
With scheduler means that also based on the subscription of "Neverbounce", in this webhook will not present so, there is a schedulers with standalone function which will trigger every 30 minutes to validate the batch emails in both "Leads" and "Contacts" module.
After verifying the batch the pop-up will come and it says the "Status will be updated every half an hour" for batch verification.
There is a custom module created in this extension named "Neverbounce Log".
The below options are the fields in that module
Neverbounce Log Name | It says the module name whether it is in "Lead" or "Contact" |
Type | It says whether it individual or batch verification |
Status | It says whether the verification completed or pending |
ID | When it comes to individual verification it shows Mail_ID and when it comes to batch verification it generates a unique_ID |
These are the fields that show every specific detail of the validation type whether it is "Single" or "Batch".
CRM sends a Sales Signal when the Email Validates whether it is "Individual" or "Batch"
This is the sales signal which appears in CRM. You can notice the status of the validation of all emails by clicking the bell icon.
