How to install the Mails and Domains Spam Control for Zoho Mail
Steps involved to install "Mails and Domains Spam Control for Zoho Mail:
Open Zoho Mail -> go to settings -> integrations -> click on install from the marketplace on the top right of the widget and search for the "Mails and Domains Spam Control for Zoho CRM." keyword and click the install button.
Now authenticate the connector before installing the extension, and accept all the terms of the connector after pressing the button "Authenticate." After authenticating accept the "Account Details" for smooth functioning of all data and then install the extension.
Once the extension is installed, you can view it
on the right side of the screen.
How to Allow or Block Emails and Domains
It is a simple process to Whitelist/Blacklist/Remove emails or domains. You can choose the email or domain
to whitelist, you can blacklist the emails or domains
and you can remove the emails or domains
. You can Whitelist/Blacklist the emails or domains in the same way you can remove the whitelisted/blacklisted emails and domains simultaneously.
You have the flexibility to Whitelist/Blacklist/Remove emails and domains not only in the "From address," but also in the "CC & BCC."
Open Zoho Mail Admin Console -> In the left panel click on Security & Compliance -> Click on Spam Control -> You will find the "Allowed List" and the "Blocked List" inside of it. You can see the emails and domains that are whitelisted and blacklisted.
There is a throttling error running in the Zoho Mail. If you Whitelist/Blacklist/Remove the Email or Domain multiple times continously you will get an error from the backend, to avoid this error you have to spare some time to work habitually.
