Prerequisites

  1. You must be the Zoho Bigin's Super Admin.
  2. Zoho Bigin Premier Edition or higher is required.

How to install "Fetch Vehicle Registration for Bigin"

  1. To install the "Fetch Vehicle Registration for Bigin" 
  2. Go to Toppings > Marketplace > All Toppings. All the installed Toppings are listed. Under Installed, you can view all the toppings supported by your bigin.
  3. Click All Toppings, browse for, and click "Fetch Vehicle Registration for Bigin." Details about the toppings will be available.
  4. Agree to the Terms of Service
  5. Authorize Fetch Vehicle Registration for Bigin and click Continue 



Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:
  1. Install for admins only - The topping will only be installed in Bigin for Users with the Administrator Profile.
  2. Install for all Users - The topping will be installed in Bigin for all Users.
  3. Choose Profiles - The topping will be installed in Bigin for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles. The topping will be installed automatically for specified users.
  4. Click on Confirm.


Setting up OAuth Authorization

  1. To Authorize click on the "Authorize" button
  2. Click on "Connect" to access the Zoho Services
  3. Choose the service you want to install and submit it
  4. Click on the "Accept" button you allow DRE IDC to access data in your Zoho Account
  5. Then the connector will connected

How to fetch the Vehicle details in Contacts Module

In the Contacts module, use the "Vehicle Registration" button to fetch the vehicle registration details. When you click this button, a widget will appear displaying all the relevant registration details for the vehicle. After the details have been fetched, you can choose to add them as a file to the record by clicking "Download" and confirming with "Yes." The vehicle registration details will then be available in the "Files" section. If you decide to cancel the download, click "Cancel" and confirm with "Yes." The API count will be displayed within the widget for your reference.
