Prerequisites
- You must be Zoho Bigin's super admin.
- Zoho Bigin Premier Edition or higher is required.
Key Features of Email Verification for Zoho Bigin
This extension automatically verifies email addresses as they are entered into the system and quickly flags them as valid or invalid.
Easily verify the recipient's email addresses.
Email Verification for Zoho Bigin offers real-time Verification, which ensures that email addresses are accurate before they are committed to the system.
Choose whether your email verification will be automatically processed. You can also do this manually with a button.
How to install "Email Verification for Zoho Bigin"
To install the Email Verification Topping
1. To install the "Email Verification"
1. Go to Toppings > Marketplace > All Toppings.
All the installed Toppings are listed. under Installed, you can view all the toppings supported by your Bigin.
2. Click All Toppings, browse for, and click "Email Verification for Zoho CRM."
Details about the toppings will be available.
3. Agree to theTerms of Service and click Install.
1. Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:
- Install for admins only - The topping will only be installed in Bigin for Users with the administrator profile.
- Install for all users - The topping will be installed in Bigin for all users.
- Choose Profiles - The topping will be installed in Bigin for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles.
The topping will be installed automatically for specified users.
A pop-up will show up on the screen during topping installation. The "Auto Update Email Validation" option verifies the Emails automatically in the Contacts modules.
Setting up OAuth authorization
- To Authorize click on the "Authorize" button
- Click on "Connect" to access the Zoho Services
- Choose the service you want to install and submit it
- Click on the "Accept" button you allow DRE IDC to access data in your Zoho account
- Then the connector will connected

A new "Email Validation" button has been added to the contacts module for manual email verification and is located on the details page.
If the "Auto Update Email Validation" checkbox was enabled during installation, the verification will take place automatically without the need for a button; otherwise, you must manually complete the validation by clicking the button.
The button that is present in the Contacts Modules must be used in this approach to validate the email. When you click the "Email Validation" button, a widget will appear where you can view the "Email," "Status," "Message," and "API Quota." Once the email has been verified, if you want to edit the record, check the box, and click "Update." Otherwise, click "Close" to exit the widget.
