Prerequisites

  1. You must be Zoho Inventory super admin.
  2. You need Zoho Inventory Premium Edition or higher is required.

  4. Choose whether your email validations will be automatically processed. You can also do this manually with a button.
  5. Validate up to 1000 emails per month.

How to install "Email Validation for Zoho Inventory"

Steps Involved in installing "Email Validation"
  1. Open Zoho Inventory and go to the marketplace.
  2. Search for the "Email Validation for Zoho Inventory" keyword and click the install button.
  3. Choose the organization that agrees with the terms and press next.
  4. Authorize your connection before installation.




Create OAuth authorization

  1. Press the connect option to authorize the connector.
  2. By creating this Zoho Finance Suite connection, you acknowledge that any data is updated in the Zoho Finance Suite.
  3. By clicking on connect will redirect you to the services login page. Log in to the service and provide permission for this connection to access your account.
  4. By clicking the "Accept" button you allow Email Validation e to access data in your Zoho account.
  5. Then the connector will connect successfully.

How to validate the emails in the Customers and Vendors module with and without plug-in

Without Plug-In

If you choose  "Auto Email Validation" as "Y" during installation, the verification will take place automatically without the need for a "Plug-In"; otherwise, you must manually complete the validation by clicking the "Plug-In." After adding a customer, you must reload the page to see the "Message" and "Email Status" sections auto-populated.



With Plug-In

The Plug-In that is present in both the Customers and Vendors Modules must be used in this approach to validate the email. When you click the "" button, a widget will appear where you can view the "Email," "Status," and "Message." You can view "API Usage" separately by clicking the button "API Usage." Once the email has been verified if you want to edit the record, click "Update."
