Key Features of Email Validation for Zoho CRM
- This extension automatically validates email addresses as they are entered into the system and quickly flags them as invalid.
- Easily validate the recipient's email addresses.
- Email validation for Zoho CRM offers real-time validation, which ensures that email addresses are accurate before they are committed to the system.
- Choose whether your email validations will be automatically processed. You can also do this manually with a button.
- Validate up to 1000 emails per month, validate up to 20 emails for the trial version.
How to install "Email Validation for Zoho CRM"
To install the Email Validation Extension
1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All.
All the installed extensions are listed. Under All Extensions, you can view all the extensions supported by your CRM.
2. Click All Extensions, browse for, and click "Email Validation for Zoho CRM."
Details about the extensions will be available.
3. Click "Start a free trial" and "Buy Now."
If you choose "Start a free trial", you'll get a trial period for an extension of 10 days. After the trial period expires, you have to purchase the extension, or else you can purchase the extension directly by choosing "Buy Now."
4. Agree to the Terms of Service and click Install.
1. Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:
- Install for admins only - The extension will only be installed in CRM for Users with the administrator profile.
- Install for all users - The extension will be installed in CRM for all users.
- Choose profiles - The extension will be installed in CRM for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles.
The extension will be installed automatically for specified users.
There are two options to purchase the extension, Monthly or Annual depending on your needs.
A pop-up will show up on the screen during extension installation. The "Auto Update Email Validation" option verifies the Emails automatically in both the Leads and Contacts modules.
After installing the extension, you'll receive a pop-up at the bottom right of the screen as shown below.

Message: This field updates the status of whether the Email exists or not.
The button will manually examine each email to see if it was sent separately. There are two ways it can operate. When you install by enabling the checkbox, validation is automated; at that point, the button will also function. If you didn't enable Auto Update Email Validation, validation is done manually.
Without Button:
If the "Auto Update Email Validation" checkbox was enabled during installation, the verification will take place automatically without the need for a button; otherwise, you must manually complete the validation by clicking the button.
With Button:
The button that is present in both the Leads and Contacts Modules must be used in this approach to validate the email. When you click the "Email Validation" button, a widget will appear where you can view the "Email," "Status," "Message," and "API Quota." Once the email has been verified, if you want to edit the record, check the box, and click "Update." Otherwise, click "Close" to exit the widget.
