Prerequisites

  1. You must be the Zoho CRM's super admin.
  2. Zoho CRM Enterprise edition or higher is required.
  3. It verifies the details of Indian driving licences.

Key Features

  2. We can validate or retrieve the Driving Licence either automatically or manually.
  3. It eliminates fake and duplicate identities.
  4. Validate up to 1000 validations per month and 20 validations for a trial version.

How to install Driving Licence Validation

Steps involved in installing "Driving Licence Validation":
Open Zoho CRM and go to the marketplace.
Search for the "Driving Licence Validation for Zoho CRM" keyword and click the install button or if you want to try it go with the free trial version which is valid for up to 10 days.






While installing the extension there is a pop-up will appear on the screen. In that window, you have to choose whether the Driving Licence Details will validate automatically or not. If you choose "Y" the Driving Licence Details will validate automatically or if you choose "N" the Driving Licence Details will not validate automatically




New fields have been added to the Leads and Contacts Modules

and this field will represent the process of the verification

Driving Licence Number: This field will represent the Driving Licence number of the customer.
Driving Licence (Date of Birth): This field will represent the DOB of the respected customer which is on the Driving Licence.
Driving Licence Status: This field will represent the status of the Driving Licence whether the Licence is "Valid" or "Invalid".
Driving Licence Details: This field will give more details about the licence, like "Issue Date", "Expiry Date", "Vehicle Class" etc. and  This field will deliver the process of the result of a Driving Licence which will give either a "Positive" or "Negative" result of the respected Licence.



How to Verify the Driving Licence

After installing the extension you will get the new fields that were added to your Leads and Contacts module, which are mentioned above.
So here, you can only verify the Driving Licence. Here we are providing two types of validations which are done automatically or manually.
Automatic Validation: At the time of installation you'll get a pop-up that asks to validate automatically or not. If you choose "Y" the validation will be done automatically.





When you validate the Driving Licence Validate automatically the CRM sends the sales signal. The above image shows the signal in the lead module

Manual Validation: At the time of installation you'll get a pop-up that asks to validate automatically or not. If you choose "N" the validation will be done manually. 



After pressing the button you'll get a pop-up on the screen, it represents whether the given Driving Licence is Valid or Invalid.
