Prerequisites

1. You must be Zoho CRM's Super Admin.
   
2. Zoho CRM Enterprise Edition or Higher is required.

How to install "DigiLocker's Docs for Zoho CRM"

1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All.

    All the installed extensions are listed. under All extensions, you can view all the extensions supported by your CRM.

2. Click All Extensions, browse for, and click "DigiLocker's Docs for Zoho CRM."

    Details about the extension will be available.

3. Click "Start a free trial" and "Buy Now."

    If you choose "Start a free trial", you'll get a trial period for an extension of 10 days. After the trial period expires, you have to purchase the extension, or else you can purchase the extension directly by choosing "Buy Now."

4. Agree to the Terms of Service and click "Install."

1. Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:

1. Install for admins only - The extension will only be installed in CRM for users with the administrator profile.
   
2. Install for Users only - The extension will be installed in CRM for all users.
   
3. Choose Profiles - The extension will be installed in CRM for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles.
   

          The extension will be installed automatically for specified users.

There are two options to purchase the extension, you can purchase "Monthly" or "Annually" based on your needs.

A related list "DigiLocker's Docs Data" and the button "Fetch DigiLocker's Docs" has been added with this integration in the Leads and Contacts modules

How to fetch the data from DigiLocker

Leads Module

In the Leads module, you can fetch data by clicking the "Fetch DigiLocker's Docs" button. After pressing the button, a pop-up will appear displaying the API count and the email ID sent to the lead. Once the lead receives the email, they need to click "Authorize," enter their Aadhar number, connect with DigiLocker, and click "Allow" to select the files they wish to share. You can then view the lead's Aadhar details and related documents in the custom module "DigiLocker's Docs." This module will display all Aadhar-related details and documents.

Contacts Module 

In the Contacts module, you can fetch data by clicking the "Fetch DigiLocker's Docs" button. After pressing the button, a pop-up will appear displaying the API count and the email ID sent to the lead. Once the contact receives the email, they need to click "Authorize," enter their Aadhar number, connect with DigiLocker, and click "Allow" to select the files they wish to share. You can then view the Contact's Aadhar details and related documents in the custom module "DigiLocker's Docs." This module will display all Aadhar-related details and documents.
