Prerequisites

  1. You must be Zoho CRM's super admin.
  2. Zoho CRM Enterprise Edition or higher is required.
  3. It will retrieve the GST details of Indian companies.

Key Feature of "Company GST Finder"

  1. Ensure that the integration and data synchronization are performed in real-time, enabling users to access the most up-to-date GST information for a company.
  2. You may know the GST details based on the Company's Name.
  3. You may fetch the GST details in the Leads and Accounts module.
  4. Fetches up to 1000 GST Details per month, fetches up to 20 GST Details for a trial version.
  5. Validate the retrieved GSt information to ensure its accuracy and integrity before updating it in Zoho CRM. Avoid overwriting existing data unless it has been verified.

How to install "Company GST Finder for Zoho CRM"

To install the "Company GST Finder"

1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All.
        All the installed extensions are listed. under All Extensions, you can view all the extensions supported by your CRM.
    2. Click All Extensions browse for, and click "Company GST Finder for Zoho CRM."
        Details about the extensions will be available.
    3. Click "Start a free trial" and "Buy Now."
        If you choose "Start a free trial", you'll get a trial period for an extension of 10 days. After the trial period expires, you have to purchase the extension, or else you can purchase the extension directly by choosing "Buy Now."
    4. Agree to the Terms of Service and click Install.




1. Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:
  1. Install for admins only - The extension will only be installed in CRM for Users with the administrator profile.
  2. Install for all users - The extension will be installed in CRM for all users.
  3. Choose Profiles - The extension will be installed in CRM for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles. 
           The extension will be installed automatically for specified users.



There are two options to purchase the extension, you can purchase "Monthly" or "Annually" based on your needs.

How to find the GST details in the Leads and Accounts module with a button

Leads Module

Using the company's name and a button in the Leads module, you may get the GST information. Once the "Company Name" field has been filled out and the record has been saved, click "GST Finder" to view the "Company Name," "State," and "GSTIN" details. The widget itself contains information on how the API is used. Select the GSTIN you wish to store and click "Update" if you want to update the record or click on "Close" if not.











Accounts Module

Using the Account name and a button in the Account module, you may get the GST information. Once the "Account Name" field has been filled out and the record has been saved, click "GST Finder" to view the "Company Name," "State," and "GSTIN" details. The widget itself contains information on how the API is used. Select the GSTIN you wish to store and click "Update" if you want to update the record or click on "Close" if not.
