Prerequisites

  1. You must be Zoho Bigin's super admin.

  2. Zoho Bigin Premier Edition or higher is required.

How to install "Company GST Finder for Zoho Bigin"

To install the "Company GST Finder"

1. Go to Toppings > Marketplace > All Toppings.

        All the installed Toppings are listed. under Installed, you can view all the toppings supported by your Bigin.

2. Click All Toppings,  browse for, and click "Company GST Finder for Zoho Bigin."

        Details about the toppings will be available.

3. Agree to theTerms of Service and click Install.



1. Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:

    1. Install for admins only - The topping will only be installed in Bigin for Users with the administrator profile.

    2. Install for all users - The topping will be installed in Bigin for all users.

    3. Choose Profiles - The topping will be installed in Bigin for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles.

The topping will be installed automatically for specified users.



Setting up OAuth authorization

  1. To Authorize click on the "Authorize" button
  2. Click on "Connect" to access the Zoho Services
  3. Choose the service you want to install and submit it
  4. Click on the "Accept" button you allow DRE IDC to access data in your Zoho account
  5. Then the connector will connected

How to find the GST details in the Company's module with a button

Company Module

Using the company's name and a button in the Company's module, you may get the GST information.

 

Once the "Company Name" field has been filled out and the record has been saved, click "Company GST Finder" to view the "Company Name," "State," and "GSTIN" details. The widget itself contains information on how the API is used. Select the GSTIN you wish to store and click "Update" if you want to update the record or click on "Close" if not.
