Prerequisites

1. You must be Zoho Bigin's super admin.
   
2. Zoho Bigin Premier Edition or higher is required.
   
3. It verifies the details of the Indian Business PAN (Permanent Account Number).

Key Features of "Business PAN Validator"

1. Validate PAN details entered in Zoho Bigin against the official PAN database. This ensures that the PAN numbers entered are correct and valid.
   
2. Provides real-time verification of PAN details, allowing you to instantly validate PAN numbers without any delay. Helps in preventing data entry errors and ensures accurate information in your Bigin.
   
3. You can validate or retrieve the PAN details either automatically or manually. Eliminates fake and duplicate identities.
   
4. Validate up to 200 Business PAN validations per month.
   

How to install "Business PAN Validator for Zoho Bigin"

To install the "Business PAN Validator"

1. Go to Toppings > Marketplace > All Toppings.

        All the installed Toppings are listed. under Installed, you can view all the toppings supported by your Bigin.

2. Click All Toppings,  browse for, and click "Business PAN Validator for Zoho Bigin."

        Details about the toppings will be available.

 3. Agree to the Terms of Service and click Install.

1. Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:

1. Install for admins only - The topping will only be installed in Bigin for Users with the administrator profile.
   
2. Install for all users - The topping will be installed in Bigin for all users.
   
3. Choose Profiles - The topping will be installed in Bigin for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles. 
   

               The topping will be installed automatically for specified users.

Setting up OAuth authorization

1. To Authorize click on the "Authorize" button
   
2. Click on "Connect" to access the Zoho Services
   
3. Choose the service you want to install and submit it
   
4. Click on the "Accept" button you allow DRE IDC to access data in your Zoho account
5. Then the connector will connected
   

New fields have been added to the Contacts module

How to validate the Business PAN in the Contacts module

Contacts Module

The button that is present in the Contacts Modules must be used in this approach to validate the Business PAN details. When you click the "Business PAN Validator" button, a widget will appear where you can view the "Business PAN Number",  " Business PAN Data", "Business PAN Status", and "API Quota." Once the Business PAN details have been validated, if you want to update the record, mark the check box and click "Update"; otherwise, click "Close" to exit the widget.
