Prerequisites

  1. You must be Zoho Bigin's Super Admin.
  2. Zoho Bigin Permier Edition or higher required.

Key Features for "Bank Verification"

  1. Seamless Bank Account Verification: A dedicated "Bank Account Verification" button in the Companies module allows for quick and easy bank verification. Users can initiate verification directly from the company record page with a single click.
  2. Automatic Data Population: Once the bank account number is verified, relevant details like account holder name, Bank RRN, Bank MMID, Bank Mobile, and IFSC code will be automatically filled into "Bank Verification Details"field within the company record. This eliminates manual entry, reducing errors and saving time.
  3. Account Status Update: The result of the verification (e.g., "Active" or "Inactive") will be automatically updated in a status field in the company record.
  4. Real-time Validation: The verification process is done in real time, ensuring that the bank details are accurate and up to date. Immediate feedback is provided in case of invalid or incorrect account information.
  5. Compliance & Security: The verification process ensures that only verified bank accounts are recorded, helping businesses comply with financial regulations. Data encryption is applied during the verification process to ensure the security of sensitive bank account information.

How to install "Bank Verification for Bigin"

To install the "Bank Verification"
1. Go to Toppings > Marketplace > All Toppings.
        All the installed Toppings are listed. under Installed, you can view all the toppings supported by your Bigin.
2. Click All Toppings browse for, and click "Bank Verification for Bigin."
        Details about the toppings will be available.
 3. Agree to the Terms of Service and click Install.



1. Choose one of the following, then click Confirm:
  1. Install for admins only - The topping will only be installed in Bigin for Users with the administrator profile.
  2. Install for all users - The topping will be installed in Bigin for all users.
  3. Choose Profiles - The topping will be installed in Bigin for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Confirm, and then select the desired profiles. 
               The topping will be installed automatically for specified users.


Setting up OAuth Aothorization

  1. To Authorize click on the "Authorize" button
  2. Click on "Connect" to access the Zoho Services
  3. Choose the service you want to install and submit it
  4. Click on the "Accept" button you allow DRE IDC to access data in your Zoho account
  5. Then the connector will connected

How to verify the Bank Account Number in the Compaines Module

Companies Module

In the Companies module, you need to create or edit a record, enter the "Bank Account Number" and "IFSC Code" in their respective fields, and then save the record. The button that is present in the Compaines Modules must be used in this approach to verify the Bank account numbers. When you click the "Bank Account Verification" button, a widget will appear where you can view the " Bank Account Number", "IFSC Code", "Bank Verification Status", "Bank Verification Details", and "API Quota." Once the Bank Account Number have been verified, if you want to update the record, mark the check box and click "Update"; otherwise, click "Close" to exit the widget.
